My name is Carol Kosta. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). I hold a master's degree in clinical psychology from Antioch Los Angeles and I am a certified EMDR practitioner. Over the last 20 years I have have worked as a therapist with diverse populations in private practice, community based programs and facilities that treat mental health, eating disorders and substance use disorders. I primarily use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients recover from trauma and other life distressing experiences.
