Hello, I am a dual licensed psychotherapist; Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Master Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I am trained in CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, MI, and EFT. My current areas of interest and study include IFS, EMDR, and positive psychology. I encourage my clients toward holistic living as a foundation for mental health. My studied belief is we fundamentally know what is good and healthy for ourselves, yet life experiences silence or alienates us from connecting with this core self-wisdom.
