I am a clinical social worker licensed in California with 19 years of counseling experience. I graduated from the University of Southern California and have since worked with clients from all walks of life. In my practice, I use eclectic methods of treatment to fit the individual needs of my clients. Some of the practice modalities that I use include EMDR, humanistic, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral, and solution focused therapy. I have worked with clients with concerns regarding depression, anxiety, trauma, and those who have experienced physical, emotional, or sexual abuse. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
