I use cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems theory, meditation, mindfulness, a sense of joy and humor to help clients and families be the best version of themselves. I have over 30 years of experience working in the mental health, and substance use disorder field. I am licensed in Marriage and Family Therapy and Alcohol and Drug Counseling. I see clients in my office in New London, CT, or telehealth for people who are unable to come in person. I have evening appointments available to accommodate work schedules.
