I work with a variety of clients who are struggling with life challenges and mental health concerns. Examples include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, PTSD and more. It is also an honor for me to be able to process trauma with individuals using various techniques to heal some of those wounds you have had recently or perhaps all your life, especially veterans. Similarly, the journey of grief is different for everyone so walking with people or families through grief is a strength of mine. I am familiar with learning differences, standardized testing, and other school issues are also challenges I am ready to help you face.
