Let’s be honest: therapy can be heavy. But that doesn’t mean it has to be somber every single minute. I’m Carol and I’ve spent over a decade helping people navigate the messier parts of being human. Whether we’re untangling deep-seated trauma or managing the daily grind of anxiety and depression, I bring a mix of clinical expertise and straight-forward, relatable conversation to the table. ​If you’re looking for a therapist who knows their stuff but won’t talk to you like a textbook, we’ll probably get along great. I operate from a trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming lens. This means I’m not here to "fix" a brain that works differently or ask you to "just think positive" about systemic challenges. My goal is to help you understand the why behind your experiences—using evidence-based practices—while providing a safe, inclusive space for the LGBTQIA+ community.
