I am excited you are considering therapy, whether it is your first time or you are returning! It is such a strength to recognize when you may benefit from additional support and have the courage to ask for help. Many of the clients I work with sometimes struggle to see their own strengths and need help navigating personal challenges standing in the way of achieving their goals. My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and solution-focused to effectively confront, challenge, and overcome barriers together. I started my career in 2019 and have supervised clinicians in various settings since 2022.
