We all need to experience acceptance and love, a place of rest. In this type of environment we can heal wounds, grow in our strengths and establish boundaries with self and others. Sessions are practical and utilize your strengths to help you achieve your goals. I provide education regarding trauma and its effects on the physical body. I teach skills to help our bodies come back to rest after being activated into fight, flight, freeze or fawn.
