I find my work satisfying when helping clients build on strengths and change long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions to achieve personal growth and attain a more fulfilling and satisfying life. With over 30 years of experience, I have worked with a broad spectrum of clients dealing with depression and mood disorders, anxiety disorders, including obsessive-compulsive disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder, eating disorders, stress and anger management. Issues often addressed include family conflict and changes including divorce, remarriage, grief and loss, substance abuse and recovery, and personal trauma.
