I provide individual, couple and family psychotherapy. One might be struggling with anxiety, depression, loneliness, relationship and workplace stress, health issues, or other difficulties. A couple might feel stuck, a family might have difficulties communicating. Sometimes people feel unhappy and irritable but are not sure why.
