Hi there, I'm Carol! I have over 35 years of experience as a psychotherapist and have helped people with many issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationships. Being a good listener and great trainer are the skills I use most. I respond to the needs of the clients, and we talk about and plan a flexible treatment plan for moving forward.
