I enjoy working with people who want to have a richer and more satisfying life and are willing to take emotional risks in order to be happier. I recognize how easily we can become stuck in old habits of thought and behavior that limit our lives. Therapy is a wonderful process for change. You can expect from me respect, an ability to deeply understand you, and the experience and knowledge to help you change the things in your life that are causing you problems. I'm trained in psychodynamic, Gestalt, EMDR, family systems, cognitive behavioral, marital and art therapies.
