Listening to what you say, and to what you don't say is very important to me. I am often told that talking to me was the very first time that a client had their feelings accepted. Helping others honor the unique perspective with which they see the world is the best way to enable a person to trust their feelings, to value their experiences, and to lead a richer life. I do believe that leopards can change their spots! I consult with psychotherapy and life-coaching clients in my office and also by phone across the country.
