The connection between client and therapist is a unique one, and unlike any other human experience. My years of practice have taught me that the development of trust provides the framework for change to occur. Whether it be a need to understand yourself better, deal with a transition or loss, navigate relationship issues, change unhealthy patterns or better manage debilitating symptoms associated with anxiety or depression, therapy can provide the environment and tools.
