I enjoy working with a broad spectrum of clients and issues. I don't have an “ideal client” as far as presenting issues, needs, or goals. I love working with clients who challenge themselves, put in effort to help themselves, and who have the courage to look at (and see) themselves with honesty and curiosity. Clients who want, and are willing, to heal and grow, and want to be therapy. Some of the most common issues I've worked with and have familiarity with are various experiences and effects of different types of trauma, depression, and anxiety.
