I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with over 30 years of experience helping children, parents, and adults navigate life’s most difficult challenges. My work has centered on supporting clients through trauma, abuse, grief, loss (including death, separation, divorce, or immigration), parenting struggles, and relationship difficulties—whether at home, in the workplace, or in personal connections. When working with young children and parents, I use play—the natural language of childhood—to strengthen and deepen their bond, fostering trust, safety, and connection.
