I work with a diverse range of clients from many ethnicities and cultures, and acknowledge that a Western framework for treatment can be exclusionary and rigid. Adopting a neurocultural lens to understand stress symptoms across cultures, I provide highly individualized trauma interventions. While I incorporate many different therapeutic approaches, I specialize in the use of evidence-based treatments to help clients reduce life disruptions caused by complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and mood disorders.
