Life can seem limiting, discouraging, and overwhelming. I offer a nonjudgmental, expansive and safe space to help you work through trauma, grief, infidelity/relationship issues, depression, anxiety, life transitions, spiritual and identity issues to embrace change, heal, and thrive. I collaborate with clients and couples to change limiting and sabotaging narratives, beliefs and behavior patterns while also exploring mind and body practices to complement whole health. I offer an integrative approach: Cognitive-Behavioral, Psychodynamic, and Humanistic orientations to meet the unique needs of clients. I graduated from Rider University with distinction and a passion for helping people of various backgrounds live their best lives. My professional background also includes education and women’s fitness.
