As a marriage and family therapist I have the ability to treat families, couples, and individuals. I am able to see individuals who are struggling with personal mental health issues as well as families who are struggling to keep a healthy dynamic. When working with families I look to treat the family not only as a unit but also as individuals, examining how an individuals behavior impacts not only themselves but their relationships. I bring a solution focused approach, utilizing both family and individual sessions. I help my clients replace dysfunctional behaviors with healthy alternatives.
