My ideal client is an adolescent (12+) or adult seeking support for PTSD, trauma, anxiety, or depression. They may feel overwhelmed or stuck and are ready to actively engage in therapy and practice skills outside of sessions. They want to better understand themselves, build effective coping tools, and feel more grounded and empowered in their daily lives. I work best with individuals who are motivated for change and value an inclusive, supportive, and affirming therapeutic space.
