English | español As a licensed clinical social worker with 11 years of experience, I specialize in working with adolescents, teens, and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and gender dysphoria. I utilize acceptance and commitment therapy and cognitive behavior therapy in my work to help my clients understand and address the underlying causes of their distress. In my work, I provide a supportive and non-judgmental space where my clients can feel safe to express their thoughts and emotions. I help them to identify their values, and work with them to develop strategies to overcome obstacles and move towards a more fulfilling life.
