Feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from yourself? You’re not alone — and you don’t have to navigate this on your own. I’m Carolina, a bilingual Latina therapist (hablo español). I offer a warm, supportive, and culturally sensitive space where you don’t have to explain your background, your family dynamics, or the pressure you carry. Therapy with me is a place to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and begin to heal in a way that feels safe and respectful. I work with adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Many of my clients feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, self-criticism, or people-pleasing. Others carry stress in their body and don’t always have the words to explain what they’re feeling but they know something doesn't feel right.
