My goal is to work alongside you as you interact with your own inner strength, self-worth, and capacity for love as you grow toward the best version of yourself. Perhaps trauma, an eating disorder, or depression has made you feel disconnected, lonely, and empty. My work with individuals, families, and found families helps people to reconnect, or connect for the first time, with themselves, with others, and with the world around them as their true, authentic selves.
