Carolina provides therapeutic support to individuals of all demographics starting from age 10 and beyond. Her diverse clientele faces a range of challenges, including PTSD, somatization, dissociation, substance use, panic disorder, depression, and anxiety. While each client’s aspirations are unique, several common goals emerge: returning to their prior level of functioning, developing interpersonal skills, improving emotional regulation, processing thoughts and emotions related to past experiences, or changing unhelpful or unhealthy ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving.
