Hey there. Life can feel like a lot sometimes—classes, work, identity, relationships, family, the future—it all stacks up. Here, you can show up exactly as you are and talk about what’s on your mind without worrying about being judged. I offer space to unpack the stress, confusion, anxiety, and depressive feelings you’ve been carrying. Together, we’ll figure out what’s getting in the way, explore new ways of thinking and coping, and help you feel more grounded and in control. I work with college students and adults, Vets, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ individuals. I help clients process the past while building skill to handle the present and future with more confidence. I also work with those who are dealing with low self-esteem, helping them identify strengths, build resilience, and see their value more clearly. I also work with people navigating identity - exploring the layers that make you who you are, comfortably.
