Welcome to a supportive space dedicated to your personal growth. As a Counseling Educator at Barry University and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Marriage & Family Therapist, I strive to combine academic knowledge with compassionate care to help individuals, couples, and families navigate various challenges. In my practice, I focus on individual, couples, and family therapy with a commitment to neurodiversity, gender identity, and cultural sensitivity. I use evidence-based practice like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused, and a systemic perspective to address issues such as anxiety, depression and trauma.
