You may find yourself stuck in relationships that leave you feeling unsure, anxious, or not good enough, even when you’re giving your best. Maybe you struggle with self-doubt, fear of abandonment, people-pleasing, or feeling deeply affected by how others treat you. If relationships feel confusing, overwhelming, or emotionally draining, you’re not alone, and meaningful change is possible. I work with adult women who are navigating relationship challenges, self-esteem struggles, and attachment-related concerns. Many of the women I support feel stuck in cycles of self-doubt, emotional dependence, or lack of self trust.
