I also help my clients reconnect with their sense of Self, intuition and inner safety which often get lost as a result of trauma. I hold space for what feels too heavy, too scary, too overwhelming... Nothing is too much- it's all welcome here. I have been through my own trauma healing journey, and I'd be happy to support you through yours.
