My name is Carolina Myrvold and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Los Angeles County, California and I work with clients statewide via telehealth. I have been a Psychotherapist in Southern California for over 20 years where I specialize in parenting and infant mental health. Via telehealth I work with adolescents and adults and specialize in helping families and individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community. I use Relational Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help individuals, parents, couples, and families find peace and wholeness in their relationships.
