I am passionate to work with clients that have struggled to manage their mental health due to various reasons and needing a genuine therapist that they can feel vulnerable with and supported. Building a strong therapeutic rapport is key and that I can collaboratively with the client support in developing healthy coping skills that can help with healing, creating resiliency and growth in various life aspects. Being able to help clients achieve a healthy balance in life, overcome stressors and effectively communicate with loved ones to eventually be successful in maintaining progress after therapy. I am a holistic client centered therapist, whom uses often Cognitive Behavioral Therapy interventions though also Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Structural Therapy. I use a Strength Based approach and I am culturally sensitive and trauma informed.
