I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, attachment wounds, relationship patterns, and intergenerational experiences. I approach therapy with warmth, cultural humility, and a calm presence as we explore what you’ve been carrying and what you may need moving forward. I have experience working with individuals across different stages of life, including children, teens, young adults, first-generation Latine individuals, and older adults. My role is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with yourself, clarify your needs, and move toward healing at your own pace. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, honoring your lived experiences, values, and cultural roots. I integrate strength-based and evidence-based practices to help identify inner resources and develop skills that support your well-being. I offer therapy in English and Spanish and aim to create a safe, inclusive space where you can show up as you are.
