I am a Certified Jungian Analyst. I believe that life without connections is a life without meaning. Connection to others, but most significant connection to our deeper Selves, bring meaning and wholeness to our lives. Sometimes we may feel lonely, unseen, and "stuck." Depth psychology can be a vehicle to help you discover and bring healing to those parts of yourself that have been injured and/or ignored. In my work as a psychotherapist and Jungian analyst, I like to include dreams, sandplay, and other ways to access the unconscious mind. I also work with psychedelic integration.
