Welcome! My name is Caroline and I am very passionate about making my clients feel as comfortable as possible. I believe that we all seek therapy for various reasons. To me, a therapist is someone who empowers the clients in order to help support their mental health journey. It is very important for the client to feel both safe and valued in a compassionate space. I have experience working with both children and adults in all different types of settings addressing depression, anxiety, trauma, and more.
