I work with teens, adults, and couples around a wide range of concerns, including relational issues, self-worth, perfectionism, people-pleasing, grief, anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and emotional dysregulation. I also specialize in sexual and relational challenges, supporting couples through issues such as communication struggles, infidelity, infertility, intimacy concerns, ethical non-monogamy, and premarital work. You're the expert on your own life and my role is to hold up a mirror so you can see yourself with more clarity and compassion. Starting to look for a therapist can feel daunting and is a brave step - welcome. I support people navigating the emotional toll of stress, uncertainty and overwhelm. Many people come to therapy when the ways they've been getting by just aren’t working anymore. Life gets heavy, and sometimes it feels like you're carrying it all alone. While pain is a natural part of being human, it doesn’t have to define you.
