Welcome to my practice! I work with children (age 11+), adolescents, adults, couples, and families who are dealing with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, gender, sexuality, personality disorders, bipolar disorder, emotional dysregulation, and family or interpersonal communication challenges. I provide individual therapy, family therapy, and couples therapy. I also lead weekly DBT Skills Groups for adults, teens, and families. I offer a variety of therapeutic styles and modalities that are individually tailored to meet each client's specific needs, goals, and desires.
