Dr. Caroline Lee is a Stanford-educated licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience supporting children, teens, adults, and families. Drawing from evidence-based approaches—including CBT, ACT, positive psychology, and mindfulness—she tailors each session to the unique needs and strengths of her clients. A former elementary school teacher and clinical training director at Kaiser Permanente, Dr. Lee brings expertise and heart to her work. In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Lee is available for speaking engagements, including corporate wellness workshops, parenting talks, and educator workshops.
