Have you felt off in your life lately? Like you can’t seem to feel happy or are constantly struggling with feeling down or not like your self? Or are you still struggling with pain from your past and can’t seem to move on? If so, you are probably here seeking therapy because you’re fed up and want to invest in yourself but you’re also asking yourself if you really need it and if you can just continue to cope on your own. If you can relate to these thoughts and questions, therapy might be what you are needing. My approach to therapy is to provide a safe space for you to talk about whatever may be causing anxious or depressed thoughts but also to process through past experiences that are still plaguing day to day life. The modalities I use to help in these areas are EMDR, CBT, DBT, and behavioral therapies and I will tailor treatment to meet your unique needs.
