Empowerment is the key to change and personal growth. I believe that we each carry within us the core skills and abilities needed to address lifes challenges, but that too often we become distanced from our talents and loose sight of our innate strengths and unique skills. Through the use of an empathic, compasionate listening style, a good sense of humor and an eclectic set of clinical skills my goal is to help people become reacquainted with their core strengths and to help them develop the skills and confidence with which to pursue their dreams, whatever they may be!
