The heart of my work is to assist you to live an emotionally authentic life in relationship to yourself and others. In the process of discovering your true self you will learn how certain emotions, behaviors and beliefs have affected your life and your relationships and you will become empowered to make important changes. My style is warm, and non-judgmental at the same time I am direct and confrontive.
