Greetings! I’m so glad you're here. My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that our stories and experiences shape who we are, and that by exploring them, we can create space for healing and growth. We’ll work together to understand how you view yourself and the world, and explore ways to rewrite those stories in a way that empowers you. While I mostly offer telehealth sessions, I do offer a few "walk and talk" sessions on weekend mornings at City Park or Crescent Park.
