The majority of my clients struggle with depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma and ADHD. I work with children as young as 5 years old, as well as adolescents, adults and those in the military. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for all, and believe that everyone can benefit from a patient, listening ear. I believe in having fun, especially when working with younger clients, and incorporating art and play therapy techniques.
