I believe that given the safety, support, and tools, we all have an innate capacity to heal and live full lives. Our brains and bodies are designed for this purpose, and my goal as a therapist is to empower clients through relational and body-based treatments to rebuild the relationship with themselves and others. I work with clients seeking support to heal from experiences of trauma, abuse, and loss, as well as those managing burnout, anxiety, and depression. I specialize in treating trauma-related disorders, including those developed following sexual and intimate partner violence, childhood abuse, and traumatic loss.
