I specialize in working with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, identity, self-esteem issues, stress management, and life transitions. I am passionate about creating a collaborative relationship to support and empower my clients to achieve their goals and live a fulfilling, authentic life. My therapy style is warm, down-to-earth, and non-judgmental. I strive to create a space that allows for self exploration and personal growth.
