Bringing a new life into the world is often described as joyful, but for many women, the transition to motherhood can also be overwhelming, isolating, and even traumatic. I specialize in supporting women through the challenges of maternal mental health, including postpartum depression and anxiety, birth trauma, fertility struggles, and the complex emotions of motherhood. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you don’t have to navigate these experiences alone.
