I work with individuals and families experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, bereavement, trauma, relational difficulties, attachment challenges, and more. I’m passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and young adults through developmental transitions, grief and loss, changes in family structure, and interpersonal difficulties. I enjoy helping adolescents and young adults navigate the complexities of identity development and relationship dynamics.
