Hi, and welcome - I’m so glad you’re here! It’s an honor to walk alongside you in your journey of healing and growth. I work with both individuals and couples, supporting people through a variety of life challenges and transitions. My areas of focus include anxiety, perfectionism, depression, OCD, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, family conflict, life transitions, and LGBTQ+. In addition, I am passionate about working with perinatal mental health (pregnancy/postpartum mental health), infertility, adoption, and the transition to parenthood.
