I aim to be the nonjudgmental person that can hold space and the figurative mirror that allows you to gain a greater understanding of yourself and your life experiences. I enjoy working with adults (individuals and couples), aiding them in processing relationship difficulties, life transitions, stress, trauma, anxiety, and/or depression.
