Sometimes life feels like a lot. Maybe you’re feeling anxious, stuck, or not quite yourself. Perhaps you have lived like this for awhile and are ready for change. Sometimes old memories start to resurface and you don’t really know what to do with them. Therapy can be a place to slow down and start to reconnect with yourself again. I offer a safe, compassionate space for you to share what you’re going through and what you’ve been through. My theoretical lens combines Attachment based and Somatic approaches. We can use EMDR to address unprocessed memories in the brain and allow the normal healing process to continue.
