Caroline Myers is a nationwide Mental Performance Consultant and Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina, Colorado, Illinois, and Ohio. She earned her BA from Connecticut College and MSW from the University of Southern California (Fight On!). As a military spouse in the SOF community for over a decade, she understands life’s transitions. Passionate about making mental health approachable, she creates a personalized path forward for each client.
