Hi, I'm Caroline! I work with clients struggling with difficult emotions, relationship conflict, and life transitions. Life can be hard sometimes and I believe that you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you are looking for validation, a sounding board, or strategies to deal with specific issues, I aim to make therapy as useful for you as possible. My style is direct, supportive, and focused on tangible change. We'll confront challenges head-on, build your inner strength, and create a path forward that feels authentic to you. I offer a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive approach to therapy. We will engage in a collaborative process to create treatment goals that feel most important to you. Utilizing EMDR, cognitive approaches, and parts work, my specialties include working with people on depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, trauma and substance use.
